Powered by intelligent AI rendering tech, it creates smooth, flowing videos with natural motion and light effects without professional editing skills. Various trendy templates are available for easy use. Supports HD video export and one-click social sharing, perfect for creating stylish short videos, daily vlogs, and creative content for social platforms.Fromiv does not require any account login or user registration, exclusively utilizes self-developed Fromiv AI services without adopting any third-party AI systems, third-party technical services or external data processing resources, and never transmits, uploads, or shares any user data, uploaded content, or generated works to any third-party platforms, service providers or external institutions. Fromiv prioritizes comprehensive user privacy protection and strictly never collects, scans, identifies, analyzes, stores, or retains any user facial information, facial biometric features, portrait recognition data, selfies, or any type of personal biometric identifiers under any circumstances. By downloading, installing, opening, and using all functions of Fromiv, you fully confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all terms of this User Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the application and all related functions.
Fromiv is only accessible and available for users who are eighteen years of age or older. All individuals who use this application must have reached the legal age of majority in their respective jurisdictions. You confirm and guarantee that you meet the age requirement each time you access any creative function of Fromiv. This application is strictly prohibited for minors, and we do not allow any minor to access or utilize our AI generation tools, template resources, video export functions, and social sharing features. We do not collect any information originating from minors, and if we identify that usage behavior comes from a minor user, we reserve the right to permanently restrict or terminate device access to Fromiv. All age verification responsibilities lie entirely with users, and users shall independently bear all consequences caused by underage usage or false age confirmation.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to download, install, and use Fromiv on your personal mobile device for personal, non-commercial creative purposes only. This license does not confer any ownership rights over Fromiv and all its internal resources. All intellectual property rights of Fromiv, including but not limited to self-developed AI algorithms, intelligent dynamic rendering technology, built-in trendy template resources, software code, visual design, functional logic, and technical iteration mechanisms, are exclusively owned by the Fromiv technical team.
You agree not to conduct unauthorized commercial use, secondary development, reverse engineering, cracking, modification, duplication, public dissemination, rental, or leasing of Fromiv and its internal technical resources. You shall not tamper with, intercept, or alter the core operation logic of the application, nor use any plug-ins, auxiliary tools, or malicious programs to interfere with the normal running of Fromiv.Fromiv operates entirely based on self-developed independent AI services without any third-party technical participation or resource invocation, and any unauthorized modification or cracking behavior violates the scope of permitted usage rights.
Fromiv provides users with convenient and efficient creative functions including local photo uploading, personalized parameter adjustment, AI intelligent dynamic rendering, high-definition video generation, local gallery saving, and one-click social sharing. All core creative processing procedures are completed locally on your personal device.All image analysis, dynamic effect calculation, light and shadow optimization, lens motion simulation, and video synthesis processes are independently completed by Fromiv self-developed AI services, without invoking any third-party algorithms, external computing resources, or third-party data processing tools, and no user data or creative content will be transmitted to any third-party platforms or institutions.
You have the right to freely use all built-in creative functions of the application, adjust various creative parameters according to your personal preferences, and generate exclusive customized dynamic video works. You are solely and fully responsible for all your operation behaviors, uploaded content, and generated creative works during the use of the application. You shall use Fromiv in a standardized, legal, safe, and appropriate manner, and shall never use the application for any improper, illegal, or harmful purposes.
Throughout all creative processes, Fromiv strictly does not collect, scan, analyze, or store any user facial information, facial biometric features, portrait recognition data, or any form of biometric identifiers. Even if you upload portrait photos for dynamic video creation, our self-developed AI only processes overall picture style, light and shadow layering, and dynamic motion adaptation to generate natural and delicate video effects. The AI system does not have any facial recognition or feature extraction capabilities, ensuring that your portrait privacy and biological information are completely protected without any leakage risk.
In order to maintain a safe, healthy, and standardized creative environment for all users, all individuals using Fromiv must strictly abide by unified content specifications and usage rules. You are strictly prohibited from using Fromiv's AI creative functions to upload, generate, edit, save, export, or share any illegal, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, violent, bloody, dangerous, or socially inappropriate content.
Prohibited content specifically includes but is not limited to pornographic and sexually suggestive content, obscene images and indecent scenes, violent injury and bloody visual content, dangerous behavior demonstration content, terrorist-related content, content that violates public order and good customs, content that infringes the portrait rights, privacy rights, copyrights, and intellectual property rights of any third party, false misleading information, and maliciously guided public opinion content. You are not allowed to use this application to create any content that may cause adverse social impact or violate public regulations.
You are also prohibited from using Fromiv for unauthorized commercial resale, paid creation services, illegal profit-making behaviors, and other commercial improper uses. Users are forbidden from using technical means to crack application functions, modify creative logic, or bypass usage restrictions. AlthoughFromiv adheres to strict privacy protection principles and does not actively monitor users' private creative content or transmit any user data to third-party services, we reserve the right to permanently terminate user usage qualifications and restrict device access once any prohibited behavior is confirmed.
All static photos uploaded by users and all dynamic video works generated by users through Fromiv's AI creative functions are fully and exclusively owned by the users themselves. Fromiv does not obtain any ownership, usage right, dissemination right, commercial authorization right, or derivative right of your personal creative content.We never use your uploaded photos and generated dynamic videos for AI algorithm training, technical iteration, commercial promotion, public display, data analysis, or any other unrelated purposes, and never deliver or transmit your creative content to any third-party institutions or platforms.
You have complete independent control over all local creative content generated by Fromiv. You can freely save, export, edit, sort, share, or delete your works at any time through the application's built-in functions. All content generation and processing behaviors are completed locally on your personal device, and we have no right or ability to view, obtain, back up, or manage your private creative content. The one-click social sharing function is an independent operation actively initiated by you. After you share creative content to third-party social platforms, the privacy policies and content management rules of the corresponding third-party platforms shall apply, and we will not participate in any data collection or processing behaviors of third-party platforms.
Privacy protection is the fundamental core principle of all Fromiv service provisions.The entire functional operation and content creation process of Fromiv relies entirely on self-developed independent AI services, without any third-party technical participation, third-party data assistance, or external resource invocation, and all user data and creative content will never be transmitted or leaked to any third-party parties under any circumstances. The application does not require any account registration, login verification, or identity binding, and all user usage behaviors are completely anonymous, ensuring that your creative preferences and usage records cannot be associated with any personal identity information.
We strictly implement a permanent zero-collection policy for user facial information, biometric data, personal identity information, device information, network data, usage logs, and payment-related information. All data generated during user operation is only stored locally on the user's device, and all temporary cache files generated during AI rendering will be automatically cleared after each creative task is completed. We will never back up, synchronize, or upload any user local private data through any network channels.
All privacy protection commitments remain permanently effective and will not be changed due to product function iteration, version update, or service optimization. We always ensure that all AI processing behaviors are localized, independent, and safe, completely isolating all third-party data access risks and fully protecting user privacy security in all creative scenarios.
We reserve the right to carry out regular version updates, function iterations, bug fixes, and experience optimization for Fromiv. Update content may include AI algorithm optimization, template resource renewal, creative parameter optimization, interface experience upgrade, and performance improvement. After the application is updated, the latest functions and service rules will automatically take effect, and your continued use of the application will be deemed as recognition and acceptance of the updated service content.
We also reserve the right to appropriately adjust, suspend, or optimize individual functions according to actual product operation and technical iteration needs. We will not be liable for temporary function unavailability caused by normal technical updates and optimization.All application updates and function adjustments will never change our core privacy protection commitments, including independent operation of self-developed AI services, zero third-party data transmission, and zero collection of user facial and biometric information.
All Fromiv creative functions and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We fully guarantee the normal operation of core AI generation functions, but do not guarantee that the application will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or fully consistent with users' subjective creative expectations. The final video generation effect is affected by original photo quality, parameter settings, and personal aesthetic preferences, and we do not bear any responsibility for the difference between generation effect and user expectations.
We are not responsible for any adverse consequences, content disputes, right infringement disputes, or illegal losses caused by users' improper operation, prohibited creation, unauthorized commercial use, or violation of usage specifications. All illegal and inappropriate content created by users and all corresponding legal responsibilities shall be independently borne by users themselves.We will always adhere to the core rules of self-developed AI service operation, no third-party data transmission, and zero collection of user privacy information, and the core privacy protection mechanism will never be affected by service disclaimers.
