Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement governs all subscription-related services, rules, rights and obligations for users of Fromiv. Fromiv is an AI-powered creative tool that turns static photos into dynamic videos. Users can upload portraits, scenery, or still photos to create smooth and stylish dynamic short videos effortlessly. Powered by intelligent AI rendering tech, it converts ordinary static images into natural and vivid dynamic works without any professional editing skills. It supports HD video export and one-click social sharing, meeting diverse creative and social content needs.Fromiv does not require any account login or user registration, exclusively utilizes self-developed Fromiv AI services without adopting any third-party AI systems, third-party technical services or external data processing resources, and never transmits, uploads, or shares any user data, uploaded content, or generated works to any third-party platforms, service providers or external institutions. Fromiv prioritizes comprehensive user privacy protection and strictly never collects, scans, identifies, analyzes, stores, or retains any user facial information, facial biometric features, portrait recognition data, selfies, or any type of personal biometric identifiers under any circumstances. By purchasing and activating any Fromiv subscription plan, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all terms of this Subscription Agreement. If you do not agree to any terms herein, you are not permitted to purchase or use any Fromiv subscription services.

1. User Eligibility

Fromiv subscription services are exclusively available for users who are eighteen years of age or older. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their respective regions are eligible to purchase, activate and use all subscription plans and exclusive subscription benefits. Minors are strictly prohibited from purchasing and using Fromiv subscription services. We do not recognize any subscription behavior completed by minor users, and we reserve the right to invalidate any subscription activated by underage users without refund. All purchase and usage behaviors of subscription services shall be independently confirmed and undertaken by users themselves.

2. Subscription Plans

Fromiv provides three types of auto-renewable subscription plans for users to choose from. All subscription plans adopt an automatic renewal mechanism to ensure continuous and uninterrupted access to exclusive subscription benefits. All subscription fees are displayed clearly within the application at the time of purchase, and fees are subject to official adjustment by the team. Any fee adjustment will only take effect upon the next renewal cycle and will not affect the valid subscription rights of the current term. The available subscription plans are listed as follows:

All subscription payment transactions are processed exclusively through official app store payment channels.Fromiv does not collect, store or obtain any user payment information, bank card data, transaction records or billing details, and never transmits any payment-related data to any third-party service providers or platforms.

3. Exclusive Subscription Benefits

All Fromiv subscription plans include the same three core exclusive benefits. No additional functional unlocking rights or hidden benefits are included in any subscription package. During the valid subscription term, subscribed users can enjoy all the following exclusive rights and services stably. The confirmed subscription benefits are specified as follows:

All subscription benefit functions are implemented based on self-developed Fromiv AI services and local operation logic, without any third-party technical participation or external data processing. All data generated during the use of subscription benefits is only stored locally on the user's device, and no data will be uploaded or transmitted to any third-party platforms or institutions. After the subscription term expires or the user cancels automatic renewal, the user will no longer enjoy exclusive subscription benefits, but all locally saved creations and unused gift coins will be permanently retained on the user's device.

4. Subscription Term and Automatic Renewal Rules

The subscription term takes effect immediately after the user completes successful payment verification. Users can obtain and use all exclusive subscription benefits from the activation date until the expiration of the current subscription term. All subscription plans are set for automatic renewal by default. The system will automatically complete fee deduction and subscription renewal at the end of each valid term unless the user actively cancels the automatic renewal function at least twenty-four hours before the expiration date of the current subscription term.

Users can check their current subscription status, remaining valid term, renewal time and benefit details through the subscription management page inside Fromiv or the official app store account management interface. We will send renewal reminder notifications in advance before each renewal node.All subscription status data and reminder records are processed and stored locally on the user's device, and we will not collect or transmit any subscription-related data to third-party services.

5. Cancellation Rules

Users have the independent right to cancel the automatic renewal service of the current subscription at any time. Cancellation operations can be completed through the official app store subscription management function or the dedicated subscription setting entrance inside Fromiv. After successful cancellation of automatic renewal, the system will no longer deduct fees automatically upon expiration, and the current subscription service and exclusive benefits will remain valid until the end of the current subscription term.

No partial refund will be provided for the unused time of the current subscription term after cancellation. Canceling automatic renewal will not affect the user's local saved creative works and unused gift coin assets.The entire cancellation process does not involve any network data transmission, and all subscription change records are only stored locally on the user's personal device.

6. Refund Policy

Users can apply for a full refund within seven calendar days from the official activation date of the subscription. All refund applications will be reviewed and processed in accordance with official app store rules. Once the refund application is approved, the subscription service will be terminated immediately, and the refund amount will be returned to the original payment method within five to seven business days.

No refund application will be accepted after the seven-day valid refund period. Users who do not apply for a refund within the specified period can continue to enjoy all exclusive subscription benefits until the current subscription term expires. We do not provide refunds for expired subscriptions, voluntarily abandoned subscription rights, or subscriptions terminated due to user violation of Fromiv usage specifications.

7. Privacy Protection for Subscribed Users

All core privacy protection commitments of Fromiv fully apply to all subscribed users.All subscription service functions and benefit provision processes rely entirely on self-developed Fromiv AI services and local operation logic, without invoking any third-party technical services, external computing resources or third-party data processing tools, and never send any user subscription data, creative content, benefit usage records and local assets to any third-party institutions or platforms.

We strictly do not collect any facial information, biometric data, personal identity information, device information, network records and subscription usage logs of subscribed users. All subscription activation, benefit usage and cancellation operations are completed completely anonymously. All subscription-related data, including subscription type, valid term, gift coin balance and local gallery creation content, are only stored in the user's local device storage space. We have no ability and right to obtain, back up, view or manage any private subscription data of users.

The system will not record users' benefit usage frequency, gallery saving habits and coin consumption records, and will not conduct any user behavior analysis and data statistics. The privacy and data security of subscribed users are fully protected throughout the entire subscription cycle.

8. Usage Specifications for Subscription Benefits

Subscribed users must abide by all terms of Fromiv User Agreement during the use of exclusive subscription benefits. Users are prohibited from reselling, renting, sharing or transferring subscription qualifications and exclusive benefits for commercial profit purposes. Users are forbidden from using plug-ins, cracking tools or abnormal technical means to obtain subscription benefits improperly.

If the user violates usage specifications, conducts improper commercial use or damages the normal operation of subscription services, we reserve the right to terminate the user's subscription qualification in advance, suspend all exclusive subscription benefits, and refuse subsequent subscription service qualifications.All penalty operations are based on local service judgment, and no user private data will be transmitted to any third party during the whole process.

9. Service Adjustment and Update Rules

We reserve the right to optimize and adjust subscription service rules and service experience according to product function iteration and operation needs. All service adjustments will not reduce the three core exclusive subscription benefits of valid subscribed users, and will not affect the normal use of existing subscription rights during the valid term.

All subscription service updates and adjustments will never change our core privacy protection commitments. We will always adhere to the use of self-developed independent AI services, zero third-party data transmission, and zero collection of user facial information and biometric data.
