Fromiv prioritizes comprehensive user privacy protection and strictly never collects, scans, identifies, analyzes, stores, or retains any user facial information, facial biometric features, portrait recognition data, selfies, or any type of personal biometric identifiers under any circumstances. User confirms that they meet the age requirement every time they access any function of Fromiv. This application is strictly prohibited for minors. We do not collect any information from minors, and once we confirm that the usage behavior originates from a minor user, we reserve the right to permanently restrict or block device access to Fromiv. All age verification responsibilities belong solely to users, and users shall independently bear all consequences arising from inaccurate age confirmation or underage usage.
Fromiv adheres to the strictest privacy protection principle of minimal data processing and zero sensitive data collection. All core creative functions run completely locally on the user's personal device, and all AI rendering and image processing procedures are completed inside the user's device without any network data transmission.Fromiv independently provides all technical support through self-developed AI algorithms and rendering models, and does not rely on, call, or cooperate with any third-party technical services, third-party cloud computing platforms, external algorithm libraries, or third-party data analysis tools at any stage of content generation. The entire service process is independently controlled by the Fromiv technical team, which fundamentally avoids any risk of third-party data intrusion and privacy leakage.
Fromiv implements a strict zero-collection policy for all user facial and biometric information. Under no circumstances will our AI system scan, extract, analyze, record, or store facial features, facial contour data, facial structure information, skin feature data, or any biometric identifiers contained in user uploaded portrait photos. When users upload portrait images for dynamic video creation, the self-developed AI only performs overall picture analysis, including picture composition identification, light and shadow layer processing, dynamic rhythm adaptation, and lens effect simulation, aiming to generate natural and smooth dynamic video effects. Fromiv does not require any account registration, mobile phone verification, email binding, or identity authentication. Users can use all creative functions of the application completely anonymously.We strictly do not collect any personally identifiable information of users, including user name, nickname, gender, age, contact information, residential address, identity marks, and other information that can directly or indirectly locate individual user identity. All usage behaviors are completely anonymous, and there is no association between user creative behavior and personal identity information.
We never collect any device information and network data of users, including device model, device unique identifier, system version, network type, IP address, network access record, device operation log, and application running trace. All temporary cache files, rendering intermediate files, and parameter operation logs generated during AI operation will be automatically and completely cleared immediately after the single video generation task is completed. The system will not retain any redundant operation traces and temporary data. Only the final video works actively saved by users will be retained in local storage. Users can manually clear all application cache data and creative content at any time, and all cleared data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
The storage permission applied by the application is only used for users to read local photos for creation and save generated videos to the device gallery. The permission is only initiated and controlled by users independently. The application will not actively scan, read, or obtain any other irrelevant files and private data on the user's device. Users can turn off storage permission at any time in device settings, and closing the permission will not affect the normal opening and running of the application, but only limit the photo uploading and video saving functions.

Users are prohibited from creating content that infringes the portrait rights, privacy rights, copyrights, and intellectual property rights of any third party. Users are prohibited from using this application to produce false information, malicious guiding content, and inappropriate public opinion content.
Users are prohibited from cracking, modifying, reverse engineering, disassembling, and tampering with Fromiv programs and self-developed AI algorithms. Users are prohibited from using plug-ins, auxiliary tools, and malicious code to interfere with the normal operation of the application and destroy the local data protection mechanism. AlthoughFromiv does not actively monitor user private creative content or upload user data to any third-party services based on privacy protection principles, we have the right to terminate the usage qualification of users who have prohibited behaviors once confirmed.
All static photos uploaded by users and all dynamic video works generated by users through Fromiv's AI functions are fully owned by the users themselves. Fromiv does not obtain any ownership, usage right, dissemination right, or commercial authorization right of user creative content.We never use user uploaded photos and generated videos for AI algorithm training, technical iteration, commercial promotion, public display, or any other purposes, and never deliver user creative content to any third-party institutions for data collection and utilization.
Users have full independent rights to save, export, share, edit, and delete their creative works. The HD export and one-click social sharing functions are all user-initiated independent behaviors. After users actively share content to third-party social platforms, the content management and privacy rules of the corresponding platforms shall apply. We do not participate in any data collection behaviors of third-party platforms and do not bear relevant responsibilities.
